Introduction
This document is a legal agreement between you and us, "ttsmp3". It governs your use of our online properties and the services we provide.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ttsmp3.net website operated by Yedap Technologies, LLC. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.
Account Terms
You must be 16 years or older to use this Service.
Users must register truthfully and completely, providing all required data in the relevant registration form. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private.
Content Disclaimer
We do not claim ownership over content provided by users, as our role is to receive user data and deliver it to supported platforms. The content we own on this website includes text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, computer code, and our AI Voices.
Generated audio and temporary storage
Generated audio is provided for temporary playback and download. An automatic cleanup task runs every hour and removes generated audio files stored for more than 24 hours. Under normal operation, removal occurs approximately 24–25 hours after creation; delayed or failed cleanup runs can extend this period. This rule also applies to generated previews, but not to reusable voice samples displayed on the site.
Download and keep your own copy of any audio you need. The service does not provide permanent audio storage, and download links stop working after the stored file and any cached copies expire. Cached or previously downloaded copies may outlast deletion from our storage.
Anyone with a complete audio download URL can access that file without signing in. Share links only with intended recipients. The audio cleanup schedule does not apply to account, subscription, payment, or usage records.
Privacy and data processing
Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, storage locations, security measures, retention practices, deletion requests, and sharing with Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure Speech, Paddle, and Google. Please review it to understand how information is handled when you use the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Reasons we may terminate accounts include:
- The user has violated our Agreement
- The user's access or use may cause injury to the Owner, other users, or third parties
- There is an investigation or legal action
- The account is considered inappropriate or offensive
Payment and Refund
Payments and subscription billing are processed through Paddle. The Privacy Policy explains the checkout and transaction information shared with Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with our platform, you may contact us within 7 days of your first payment. We will process eligible refunds within 3 business days.
General Support Terms
Support is provided through email at support@ttsmp3.net. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours. Abusive language toward our support team will not be tolerated.
Warranty and Disclaimer
We do not make commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. The Services are provided "as is".
We do not promise that the site or any content, service, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Change in the Agreement
We have the right to change this agreement by sending you notice before the changes take effect.
