Payment and Refund

If you are not satisfied with our platform, you may contact us within 7 days of your first payment. We will process eligible refunds within 3 business days.

General Support Terms

Support is provided through email. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 hours. Abusive language toward our support team will not be tolerated.
